  2. I have a question about the Golden Grahams printable from the catalina marketing link....I was allowed to print 2 coupons, however, they have the same barcode and ID number on them. Is it OK to use both??? I thought each coupon should have a different ID number. I have never used the catalina printables before and not sure of how their coupons work. Any advice would be appreciated - thanks!

  3. Hi Anonymous - Good question. I haven't printed or used too many Coupon Network coupon.

What are you looking at thinking is the ID number? The only thing I see on them that looks like an ID number is in the little tiny print below where it says Manufacturer Coupon and the Expiration Date.

I printed two Golden Graham coupons an was not allowed to print more. Each of the coupons I printed have a different number in the little tiny print.

I can't help but think, if they allow you to print two per computer, it is acceptable to use both of them.

I looked around the web for awhile, to see if I could find out anything more, and didn't see this discussed anywhere. What does anyone else know or feel is correct useage of Coupon Network coupons?

  4. Dierbergs does not accept printables that exceed 50% of the regular retail price. Has anyone had a problem with the cashier applying this rule to the sale price? I have several printables that are over 50% of the sale price and don't want any problems....especially since I'll be shopping with a toddler! Thanks!

  5. T-

I use a lot of coupons on Clearance items (often getting them free) at Dierbergs and have not had a problem. You could check the "regular" price of the item and be prepared to tell them that while explaining that it is less than half that amount. Good luck--I shop with a toddler too. Fun isn't it??? :)

  6. Thanks for the info Jeri - I just took a closer look - the itsy, bitsy number under the exp. dates were different. Sorry - such small print for eyes over forty years old!!!! Guess we are good to go! Again - many thanks!!!!!!!

  7. Just had a cashier check my internet coupons going through the self-check out. She said they were told to look for the coupons that doubled and they couldn't exceed the 50%. Then had a cashier stare at my high dollar coupon through the regular line and then look at the price of the product. She went ahead and scanned it but I think she was really thinking about it. Maybe they just had a meeting on checking internet coupons. Hope that helps. Oh and I shop at the Deer Creek Dierbergs!

  8. How often do you think they run the 10/$10 Zatarain's? I hate to get it at this price if it's going to be 10/10 soon....any ideas? TIA

  9. Just had a great Dierbergs trip.

    6 Sister Schubert Rolls
    6 Packs of Farmland Bacon
    2 Golden Grahams
    2 Honey Nut Cheerios
    2 Bob Evans Sausage
    18 Red Gold Tomato Sauce
    4 Dei Fratelli Tomatoes

    2 Nabisco Saltines
    2.12 lbs Fuji Apples

No issues and good stock levels. I am now stocked up on bacon for hubby and his golfing buddies sub sandwiches for the next 8 months.

  10. Just had a great trip at Dierbergs also. They have all the 15 hour items so well placed and easy to get to. I will have to make another trip later today so I hope they still have things in stock. Unlike Wags they usually have plenty of their sale items in stock.

  11. Hi All - I haven't had any problem using IP's at Dierbergs I shop. But, if your not sure how your store will apply the "rules", stop and talk to Customer Service or even the manager before you shop. That minute or two will make your checkout eaiser.

I've stopped and talked to managers before when I'm unsure how the store will handle a coupon. They have always been very accomodating at any store. The manager wants your business. People who are trying to pull shenanigans don't stop and talk to a manager.

  12. Hi Rachelstl - I can't remember Zatarian's for $1. At least not like Knorr or Rice a Roni on sale often. I think of Zatarian's as amost a seasonal item, like cranberry sauce at the Holidays. If you like Zatarians year round, this is probably the time of year to stock up.

Now, as soon as I've said this, it'll be on sale every where next week. Anyone else care to chime in on how often you remember this product on sale.

  13. Hi Rhonda & Lynda - I love Dierbergs 15 hour sales. It is so nice to see a store with ample stock for the sale.

I've also never had a problem with Dierbergs issuing rain checks on a 15 hour sale, even though their ad usually says while supplies last or something like that.

  14. Jeri,

I agree. They always issue rainchecks and talking to the manager is one of my tried and true practices. Makes everything go smoother and they are so helpful. I have to say it again, I love Dierbergs and I feel like their sales are truly sales; not price manipulations from week to week.

  15. Is there a coupon out there for the Farmland Bacon? TIA

    ReplyDelete
  16. I have never been able to use a IP for more than 50% at my dierbergs (Manchester and Baxter). They check carefully.

    ReplyDelete
  17. Thanks everyone! Teresa - Manchester & Baxter is where I shop, too, but I don't go very often. I have $1.50 coupons for the Frigo string cheese that I was hoping to use. Bummer!

  18. Hi All,

Sounds like everyone is doing well at the 15 hour sale. I do not get that way on Thursdays so it would be an out of the way trip for me =(

    WTG Rhonda on your trip.

Also if anyone is needing/wanting Farmland Bacon the 16 oz pk Original only will be $2.50 next week at SNS =) HTH

  19. Rachel,

For the Farmland, I had written the company last year and they sent me three sheets of high value coupons with an expiration of 12/31/11. They were for any Farmland product.

  20. Thanks Rhonda! Just wanted to make sure I wasn't overlooking something :)

  21. Did anyone else's Dierberg's post "no limit" on their signage for the Pizza Rolls? The one in Shiloh did and their stock was completely wiped out by the time I got there at 5. Also no stock for the chicken breasts and Kix cereal.

  22. Manchester/Baxter shoppers - Remember the coupon policy state "50% of REGULAR retail price".

I would make sure I made note of the regular shelf price, so when I checked out, if the cashier questioned IP's coupons, you could remind them of the policy and what the regular price is.

  23. I used to not be able to use printables at the Warson Woods store for over 50% but the past few times I've tried they havent blinked an eye at them, including the $1.50 Philly Cooking Creme that dropped the price to .50.

  24. Hi Shiloh Shopper - I didin't get to Dierbergs until the evening either. My store was gladly handing out rainchecks for the products they were out of.

They even had signs up where the product would be stating to stop at Customer Service to get a raincheck. At Chustomer Service they had the rainchecks typed up and ready to had out.

I heard several people grumbling at my store they were out of the product, but they were doing all they could do to accomodate the customer.

  25. Hi All,

Kinda glad I missed out on the 15 hour sale especially with the Farmland bacon since it is a 12 oz package this comes to $3.20 for a pound compared to SNS sale next week the 16 oz pack is $2.50 for the pound. I am glad I did not pay $.70 more per pound at Dierbergs. =) Sometimes you really have to watch the stores with what package they are trying to put out to you as a "Good Deal".
