Still no Soft Soap Pampered Hands on the shelves so I spent my $11 in expiring ECBs on junk food and Frappaccinos :)
ReplyDeleteHey CJ - Did you know that CVS will accept expired ECBs? No need to spend on stuff you don't need, if you don't want to. I just spent over $20 in expired ECBs at the Olivette CVS last week. They will beep, but the cashier just pushed them through. I don't know how far past exp they will accept, but I had some that were at least 3 weeks past.
ReplyDeleteThe store on Gravois said they would take them up to 1 month past the expiration date :)
ReplyDeleteHi All
ReplyDeleteFrom my understanding, it's the managers decision if the store will take expired ECBs.
I would imagine the St Louis stores might be more lenient with expired ECBs than in other places in the country. There are only a handful of CVSs trying to compete with the Walgreens on every other corner.
Since store policies seem to change from one day to the next sometimes, I'd rather be safe and spend mine before they expire. I should have spent them on healthier groceries this week, but I treated myself :)
ReplyDeleteHi All,
ReplyDeleteI have to make my CVS run today and was thinking on do the following for this weeks gas card deal:
I will have to do this 3 times for the rebates/receipts.
2 DiGornio 10.00
1 12 pk Miller 8.99
18.99-$5/2 DiGornio wyb Miller TP coupon
=$13.99
Send in for $12.50 Miller Rebate wyb 2 DiGornio & 1 12 pk + Miller
=$1.49 for 2 DiGornio/12 Miller after Rebate
I will send in the rebates in my name, my moms and MILs. So 3 x 13.99=$41.97 -$37.50 Rebates = $4.47 + tax for 6 DiGornio pizzas and 3 12 pks of Miller and will also receive the $10 Gas Card. If I am correct a small MM after all rebates are back. =)
