Hi, ellamenopea and Anonymous: I found this rebate at Shop 'n Save, the Fenton location. It's rare for me to find rebates there, I think it has only happened twice, both times during early morning trips. (Usually, by the time I reach a beer display that had once contained rebate forms, all that's left is the sad little piece of cardboard at the end of an empty pad!)
Does anyone know if you really have to cut out the UPC of each qualifying grocery product? UGH! I have several receipts that qualify, but the UPCs are long gone. Or do you think you can get away with sending in any old UPC's...Thanks!
Hi Kelly - You should email the rebate company (link is in my post) I've contacted them for other rebates and they got back to me within a day.
The rebate I contacted them about they only required the UPC on beer purchases for those states it's required in. But, every rebate could be different and it's best to have your answer in writing from the reate company its self.
Do you know at which store this was spotted?

I called them and the lady said no UPC's for the grocery items are needed. It would be better to have in writing, though!
