No Thermacare wraps at my Wags this morn. Also no Hershey Bliss bars, I was hoping to spend my about-to-expire $1RRs on them. So I just got 2 Campbells cooking soups, 2 Chunky soups, Wags wipes refill, Vent Fresh refill and 2 Glade candles. My regular cashier was there and was surprised I didnt get any RRs with my 1st transaction (I did the candles separately). She knows me well :)
ReplyDeleteI don't think the Glade 2oz soy candles are included in the 2/$5 - $1RR deal. The ad only lists the 4oz regular candles and the scented oil tins, holders and refills.
ReplyDeleteCJ - I haven't done the Glade soy candles since the first week of the month when they were advertised, but a reader let me know the deal was working on 9/16 at the Brentwood store and iheartwags.com is reporting it as a monthly deal. But I really don't know first hand.
ReplyDeleteI dislike purchasing monthly RR deals unless the store has put out shelf advdertising about it. If the RR doesn't print there is nothing you can do.
The Grand and Gravois store has the boxes of freezer pops on clearance for $.50 each or a 75% savings.
ReplyDeleteFound the Glade candle tins at the Walgreens on Watson & Elm. Some even had the rumored $1.50 coupons inside.
ReplyDeleteGot 2 tins and 1 pack of refills. Used 2 - $1.50 coupons and one B1 tin G1 refill coupon (SS 8/23). Got $1 RR. Totals to $1 for all 3 items. Not free, but pretty cheap.
You could buy just one tin and one refill and get both for free using the coupons above.
p.s. They also had some of the 2 oz. soy candles as of around noon.
ReplyDeleteem - WooHoo! You find the $1.50 coupons. I've opened many a tin and have never seen one. I was begining to think they were only an urban myth.
ReplyDeleteI know! I couldn't believe I actually found one! For what it's worth, I think you should be able to hear the coupon within if you shake the tin. Much easier than opening every single tin. Just keep looking! They are out there.
