If you haven't shopped at Aldi, or it has been a while:
1. Make sure you have a quarter to unlock a shopping cart. The carts are like luggage carts at the airport. You rent them for a quarter, and you get your quarter back when you return the cart.
2. Take your own bags. Aldi does not provide free bags for your groceries.
3. Aldis now accepts debit cards.
4. Aldis does not accept coupons

  3. Aldi must not have know I like pineapple on my salads too.

There was only three or four pineapples left at the store I shop. I'm not sure they had enough stock to keep them at .99

  4. I am glad that I bought 3-4 bags of oranges last week at .99cents each! Whew!!

The cashier said that someone bought 20 bags the days before me! Wonder where he was going to store all of those?!!

  5. Hi Denise,

There have been great prices at Aldi.

I saw a lady one day with almost an entire cart of milk. I had to comment to her - that was a lot of milk. She told me she was buying for a day care. I quess you never now what people do with what they buy.

  6. I never seem to be near an Aldi when I need milk and I know their prices are so low. I paid $2.23 for just a half gallon at SNS yesterday.

  7. Hi CJ

Half gallon of milk are outrageously price every where. It has almost gotten to the point where it's cheaper to buy the full gallon and pitch what you don't use.

  8. I was at SFM yesterday and notices the pineapples are a buck each. Upfront are folded newspaper sheets with a few MQ that expire sometime in March. Fair assortment and no real winner.
