Prices vary between Target stores even in the same Metro area. The prices I've listed in ongoing deals reflect the prices at the Hampton Village Target in St Louis. Hopefully, prices at the Target you shop will be about the same or even less.
Remember when shopping at Target: You can use a manufacturer and Target store coupon on the same product.

Jeri,
ReplyDeletethere's a link for a target coupon over at moneysavingmom to stack with the nivea body wash making it free!
Natalie
I used the rolaids coupon $4/2 at walmart. They have a 3 roll pack for $1.32. When you buy 2, it's a money maker!
ReplyDeleteHi Natalie,
ReplyDeleteThanks for the info.
The coupon is $1 off Nivea Skin Care Product. And can be found with on Target's coupon page.
I chose not to include it with my match-ups becasue I wasn't sure if the coupon would work on the body wash, or if it was the intent of the coupon.
There are a lot of gray areas in couponing. I'm trying to error on the side of caution with my match-ups. I'm not saying you shouldn't use this coupon on body wash, just that I don't know.
Thanks, Allison!
ReplyDeleteI'm not a Walmart shopper. (None close to where I live) Thanks for passing on the info for other readers.
I tried the rolaids coupon at Walmart and they wouldn't take it because the rolaids pictured on the coupon didn't match. I pointed out that it said "any".
ReplyDeleteHi Judy,
ReplyDeleteI hope your heartburn wasn't so bad that you couldn't leave them at the store.
There is a lot of "gray" area in couponing, but the word "any" is not gray to me.
One time Target told me I couldn't use a coupon because it didn't match the picture. I called the Target 800 number to complain. I haven't had that problem since at the Target I shop, and the phone call I think, put me on a mailing list where every once in awhile I get Target coupons in the mail.
I don't usually shop at Walmart because I have had too many problems with coupons. My husband, who will not shop with me, wanted to stop at Walmart for something, so I took along a few coupons. I always try to make sure I am following the rules. As usual, they found a reason not to take some. He couldn't believe I had them void the items and was embarassed. LOL!
ReplyDeleteHi Judy,
ReplyDeleteI think that's funny your husband won't go shopping with you. I won't take my husband shopping with me. I'm always surprised what ends up in my cart when he's with me.
You shouldn't feel embarassed when a store won't take coupon your using correctly. You should feel empowered as an educated consumer. Although, I know what you mean.
I tried the Rolaids coupon at my Wal-Mart and they refused to take it. Once again, they looked at the picture of the product and not the wording. It didn't help that the cashiers could barely speak English.
ReplyDeleteFWIW: I used the $1 Target and $2 manufacturer Nivea coupons today without any trouble. I don't even think the register beeped.
ReplyDeleteI'm not a Wa-Mart shopper, but when I read about great deals there, I think maybe I should give them a try. Then, I read about problems trying to use coupons and am glad I don't.
ReplyDeleteem - Thanks for the update. I'm glad it's working.
