My oldest is home for Spring Break, so I'm back to the old way of menu planning - What do you want to eat for dinner? But now, because of sale and coupon shopping, I'm stocked up on most of the items I need to make a "family favorite". Although, this weekend, I splurged on fish.
Monday: Grilled fish, long grain and wild rice, cole slaw, pineapple
Tuesday: Dinner out
Wednesday: Grilled Chicken Margarita Pizzas, green salad, apple slices
Thursday: Meatloaf, mashed potatoes & gravy, steamed carrots, fruit
Friday: Pork chops, roasted potatoes, veggie, applesauce
Saturday: Chicken Marsala with linguine (Macaroni Grill Dinner Kit), peas, garlic bread
Sunday: General Tso Chicken (Kahiki Family Dinner), broccoli, egg rolls, mandarin oranges

Such well balanced meals! Yesterday my meals were chicken nuggets with tater tots, and then later chicken nuggets with mac & cheese. I need to be less lazy and eat better!
