  2. I had coupon drama at Target today. The cashier didnt want to take 7 of my coupons because they were for more than the item price. But I told her their website says they will reduce the coupon to match the price, and her supervisor confirmed it for her. She still was not happy with me and mumbled something about she was going to get in trouble for being too slow, having to type in each of the coupons. Sorry, not my fault! I ended up getting a pillow, chicken nuggets, a Tide packet, 5 St Ives travel size facial scrubs, 4 Suave deodorants and a lemonade all for $4! :)

  3. Thanks, Anonymous! That is a much better deal at Toys "R" us for Seventh Generation.

Sorry you had problems CJ, but good for you for staning your ground. I have heard the comment from cashiers at Target about getting in trouble too. I wonder what is really going on there.

  4. Jeri - Target (and other stores) needs to focus more on pleasing their customers than on punishing their cashiers who aren't trained right to begin with. It wasn't the cashier's fault that she didnt know she could reduce a coupon. Cashiers should feel like they can take as much time as needed with a customer, in order to make for a pleasant shopping experience. It seems stores and companies don't care about pleasing their customers anymore. I've had too many negative experiences with coupons and rebates the past couple weeks, I'm not a happy customer these days!

  5. The Hampton Target has Gerber onesies clearanced for $6.98 for a 5-pack (normally $9.98 IIRC). Stack with the man coupon on the Target website. They had a ton of these and I was very grateful since I have a baby shower to attend in a few weeks!

Also, girls' tights are clearanced to $0.98 (from $3.99). There weren't very many of these left and the cashier who checked me out was headed over to get some after she saw mine! :)

  6. Fine print on the Johnson's coupons says "excluding trial sizes ( 1 ounce, 3 ounce & 4 ounce) and all Johnson's Buddies products"

  7. Hi Anonymous - Thanks for the update. I'm sorry you printed unnecessarily. When the coupon were first avaiable they didn't have any exclusions. Johnson must of caught on how couponers would use these coupons.

  8. No problem, I was just putting together a baby shower gift basket and thought I would give those a try. Picked up a box that includes those samples and a couple other items for less than buying the samples individually.
