Another great beer rebate to be on the lookout for.

For those not familiar with beer rebates, you periodically will find a rebate offer with a beer display. In Missouri, no beer purchase is ever required. The qualifying products are things you probably buy anyway. I've seen them for meat, cheese, salty snack, produce, soda and many other everyday items.
I save every receipt. When I find a beer rebate, I take a look to see if I've already purchased the qualifying products. Many times I have, and all I have to do is submit the information, mail it in, and wait for my money.
Thanks Sadina!
This was an easy one! I found an old receipt from Walgreens with Sara Lee bread and 2 bags of cheese on it.
ReplyDeleteI really need to get better at saving ALL of my receipts. I was $2 short on a produce rebate, would have been able to do it if I would have saved the receipt from the time I only bought lettuce. You never know which receipts might make you some money!
Hi CJ - I put all my reciepts in a different envelope each month and then pitch them after a few months. You usually only need to save a few month's worth for rebates.
ReplyDeleteI haven't been able to find any of the rebate forms that have been posted about lately... Not at my Dierberg's or Shop 'N Save anyway... Are you having any luck? Where?
ReplyDeleteSame here - I have looked at gas stations, CVS, Walgreen's, Walmart, Target, Schnucks, and Dierbergs for ANY beer rebates! Where are you finding these? Or can you grab a couple and I'll send you a SASE?
ReplyDeleteHi All -
ReplyDeleteI don't mean to be rude, but I never reveal, on by blog, where I find the rebate forms. I refuse to tip of the people who go and take an entire pad to sell them on ebay. I hate to say it, but it does happen.
But here are a few ideas if you're having a hard time finding beer rebate forms.
1. Some stores seem to always have them, others don't. Once you fiqure out which stores in your area tends to have them, it might be worth the few extra miles to go hunt for them when you know they are avaialbe.
2. Post on Coupon Traders that you are looking for a specific form and can't find it. Chances are, someone will pick one up for you and send it to you by mail. (I know I would)
3. Talk to your store manager. Ask them why they never have beer rebates when other stores do. If they know you want to find rebate form at their store, they might make sure it happens.
4. Talk to the beer rep. If you're at the store when the beer guys are in and stocking ask them if they have any or if they can get some for that store.
I never find them on my own either, I got a couple from a trade (thanks!). If I ever do find some, I'll get extras to share :)
ReplyDeleteI found a AB rebate today. Save $6 via MIR on the purchase of Fresh Produce, vegetables, or fruit. Purchase must exceed $10) Compliments of the Michelob ULTRA family. Purchase between 2/27/11 and 5/1/11, mail by 5/16/11
ReplyDeleteJeri thanks for not revealing where they are. After my last Wags lady I am not ready to share with anyone who clears the shelves off. Still a little bitter!
ReplyDeleteThanks, JB - I'll be looking for that one!
ReplyDeleteI know it's easier to spot them if you know what you're looking for. If anyone finds a rebate I haven't posted and wants to send me a picuture. I'll post it.
Hi Lynda - Yep, that's why I don't. I also think people should never purchase coupons/rebates that were found at the store. If there is no market, people wouldn't take them all.
