Just back from a happy CVS trip! Got a Paas egg kit, 2 Lays chips, 2 Junior Mints, CVS throat spray, 4 Visine travel size, Arizona tea, CFL bulb, Stove Top, Glide floss and Essense anti-baterial. Used $31.60 in coupons and ECBs, paid .84 and got $9 ECB back. Woohoo!
ReplyDeleteHi CJ - I've moved from coffee to soda and still haven't made it out of the house today. Thanks for the field report.
ReplyDeleteJeri - I'm only out because I had to work. Enjoy your day!
ReplyDeleteI don't shop at CVS very often, but I have a question about the limits - if it is two, does that mean i can buy two in the same transaction and get both ECB's or do I have to separate the transactions? Thanks in advance!!
ReplyDeleteYou can actually do them in the same transaction Liz. I've done it many times.
ReplyDeleteHi Liz - Yes, like Gigi said you can do both offers in one transaction.
ReplyDeleteExample: This week Green Bag Tags are $.99 get a $.99 ECB limit 2. If you purchases them both in the same transaction you would get a $1.98 ECB.
I'm trying to figure out what the point of getting 2 GBTs is, since you can only use one/day. Is it in case you forget yours, you can have an extra one on hand or something?
ReplyDeleteWhere do they keep the Visine travel size? I don't see them at the travel section. Thanks.
ReplyDeleteAlice - at the South County CVS they are hanging near the registers.
ReplyDeleteHi Nicole - I'm looking forward to having more than one Green Bag Tag. I'm always trying to locate mine before I go shopping. This way I can just put the extras in the car.
