ReplyDeleteIf you bought your car new or got an extended warantee, see if oil changes are included at little to no cost. Many do.
ReplyDeleteIf you do use Jiffy Lube, when you check in be sure they note in the work order that you are current on oil changes and have not seen any signs of a leak and are not experiencing any problems. Last time I took mine in to them I went in with no problems and left with a bad seal because they'ed tightened something too far. Since my work order didn't have any notes they were able to backtrack and shuck responsibility.
Hi Anonymous - Wow! Are Jiffy Lubes franchises. Were you able to contact their corporate offices and file a complaint?
