Today I attempted to purchase the FREE Expo washable dry-erase markers. I purchased 2 packages at $3.99 each. The cashier informed me I could only use the $3 walgreens coupon for 1 of the 2 items plus the manufacturer coupon. It states on the walgreens coupon only 1 per customer per transaction. So the markers unfortunately did not come out free, paid $2.99 for 2 packs, or $1.50 each. Not free but still a good deal considering they were originally $7.99 per package.
ReplyDeleteDid you or anyone else have this scenario? Kind of disappointing.
Hi Anonymous - I haven't use this Walgreens Expo coupon, but every other Walgreens coupon I've used deducts the saving amount per item purchased. So, for this item, I would have thought one coupon would have deducted $6 when you bought 2 Expo Markers.
ReplyDeleteDid the cashier override the register to just deduct $3 when you bought 2?
