ReplyDeleteI didn't see any restrictions on where the in-store purchase has to be, but it's possible I overlooked something in the fine print. Details for the card itself included, "This card does not have cash access and can be used at millions of merchants worldwide." There's a number to call (1-800-862-8724) if you don't receive your card within 60 days of postmarked date of request.
